How does the 30-Day Free Trial Work?

- Enter your credit card/PayPal for your first paid month (note, we do NOT take any payment for 30 days and you are free to cancel before any payment is made).
- If you love your Simon Sez IT Membership and want to remain a member, it will renew after 30-days at $25/month
- If it's not for you, log into your account and cancel your membership (top right) and you won't be charged anything.
Free trial renews at $25/month after 30 days.
You can cancel before renewal by going to your profile on Simon Sez IT and you won't be charged.

What happens at the end of my free trial?
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your free trial - that's why we ask you for card details. You can cancel any time you want to during your trial from your profile. Just click on your name in the top right corner to do this.
You're asking for my card details but you said this was a free membership?
It is! You'll get 30 days completely for free. After that time you'll pay for your first month. We take your card details to automate that process.
If I become a paid member am I locked in?
No. All our memberships are completely flexible. You can cancel whenever you like.
Do I get access to the monthly live classes during my trial?
Yes! You get the full membership experience, which includes access to our monthly live sessions.
What if my membership renews and I didn't mean it to?
Any purchase on Simon Sez IT is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your membership then we'll give you a full refund in the first 30 days of paying.
Will my boss pay for this?
You'll have to check with them :-). Many of our members do expense their membership.
Does Membership include certificates, or are those extra?
All certificates, tests, and practice exercises are available to members at no extra charge. Members on a free trial also get these.
Are my credit card details safe with you?
We don't actually store your details. Our payment processors Authorize.net (owned by Visa) and PayPal take care of that.
I'd like to go for the Annual or Platinum Annual Membership instead of the Monthly, how do I do that after the trial?
Just go ahead and purchase the Annual or Platinum Membership here and then cancel your monthly subscription from your profile. If you are not sure you've done this right, email us on support@simonsezit.com and we'll check for you.
